I finally did it!! I finished a 5k on the treadmill while doing a HIIT workout! Got that done within 36 mins, which I was happy with as it was a walk/run/sprint workout! Then proceeded to go longer on the treadmill and get an arm workout in. Where did all this energy come from?? Wish it was always here! (Ignore how fitbit doesn't track milage right for treadmill workouts).
