I'm so sorry I've been MIA guys! Life has gotten in the way. I got strep throat and got extremely sick (it was so awful) and I am just now getting my health back. Learning that it is okay to listen to your body and take rest days, or even rest weeks if and when you're sick!!! I'm getting back to my workouts on Monday! Hope you've all been well #sweatwithstella
