Leg day is definitely a love hate relationship
but is definitely the most important muscle to train. By training this muscle group your body will release all natty testosterone that will in fact help all other muscle with there overall development as well as the legs themselves 🤙🏽 I always after a decent warm up start my leg workouts with big compound movements such as Squats and Leg Press then work my way into isolation movements such as quad extensions (pictured) hamstring curls ect ect.

Do I have the ideal "summer bod" this year?! No way. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a hard time wearing a bathing suit today, but I DID IT! And ya know what?!
