This glute workout is meant to mix up a few different ways to load weight and target the glutes!
The workout is:
vertical leg press: 3 sets of 10-12reps
Banded squats to leg abduction: 3 sets of 12 each leg
Straight leg deadlifts: 4 sets of 12 reps
Leg abduction holds: 4 sets of 10 reps
Leg abduction regular: 4 sets of 10 reps
Bulgarian split squats: 4 sets of 15 reps each leg
Walking lunges with kettle bells overhead: 4 sets of 15 reps
