BARRYS FOR BREAKFAST to start my Thursday 🏻 the only way I know how at the moment and that class was on fire.
Some progress made from when I first started DF for sure, but what the was that first round?! The cramp, the burn, the horrible words going through my head. I had no idea how that was going to happen twice, but it did. I told @olly_truelove I hated him, I don't. I apologised.
Always made easier having others around you though, and @gracefitnessldn killed it on the treads 🏻♀️ and I think @running_georgia definitely woke up on the floor.
