We don't eat a lot of red meat. I mean really maybe 3 or 4x a month. But when we do, I want to enjoy it.
We always pick grass fed beef.
Tonight we had an egg on top of our "burger" with some sautéed onions.
Of course we have to top it off with cheese.
I sprinkled a little feta just for some accent.
Steamed broccoli and cucumber sticks for sides make it complete. #healthylifestyle#emptynest#realfood#foodie
