Nutfed Pulled Pork Butt from @meatme.co with oven baked sweet Plantain cooked in the pork fat This.Was.Soooooo.Good!!! I mean SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!! The smell of the pork fat caramelizing with the spices 🏻🏻🏻. I used ancho and chipotle chile with lime, garlic and a bit of cinnamon and cloves to make this. This is another amazing Pork cut from @meatme.co 🏻. If you've never had #nutfedpork you seriously NEED to try it! The taste is unbelievable not to mention the smell when it's cooking - like toasted nuts ! (No joke!). I've been so happy with all the meat so far that I've tried from them. Thanks guys 🏻 .

I made the dressing using rendered pork fat (literally sliced a piece off the chop) for the "fat" and apple cider vinegar + fresh squeezed orange juice for the acid, combined with fennel seed, cinnamon, cloves and maple sugar #delish #pasturedpork#happypigs#sustainablefarm#paleochef
