Quinoa salad has become a fave this week. Too bad I'm almost on week 3 so I'll have to take a break from it and find a new fave
It's so easy. I precook 2 cups of quinoa. Then I toss in cut up cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives and pick de gallo. Or I could use coconut aminos instead of salsa. It's delicious both ways. Quick and easy is my jam. And it's possible. Even on a detox with whole foods. Who knew? Day 13 is almost finished! 🏻
