If you've seen my Insta Stories this week, you'll know I've been on hols...it's been so lovely to have some #metime and recharge the batteries but did you know us mums only get an average of 7 minutes a day as "me-time"? If you only had 7 minutes a day, just for you, I would love to know what would you do?
If you're short of time just type A, B or C below:
A: Put the kettle on and watch TV
B: Meditation / yoga stretches
C: Read a book / magazine
Or something else? I'd love some ideas!
KEEP SWIPING FOR AWESOME BUSINESS ANECDOTES! --- Are you or someone you know interested in starting a business? Want to validate your idea before jumping in? Don't know where to start? Well, consider it your lucky day. I've learned a lot from Mr. @patflynn over the years and he's graciously donated a signed copy of his newest book, "Will It Fly". I'm giving it away to one of the followers on my business page. Totally free, no strings attached, and I'll even cover the shipping costs for you... It's just my way of paying it forward a little bit. Seriously though, there's TONS of awesome and practical advice on how to set yourself up for success and research a potential market so you don't waste money/time/effort. Head over and follow my company page @dronebizacademy for updates. I'll have a special announcement about the promotion in the coming days. (Hint: it's gonna involve lots of free stuff for followers). 🏼

SOURDOUGH by robin sloan (fiction) robots, technology, & the bread of life + strange & special, wacky & wonderful faustian tale = 🏻
"That bread was the secret of the whole operation. Beoreg baked it himself every day.
That bread was life."
"Nothing is natural."
"He looked at me, eyes blazing. 'This is all I have to offer you. If you can understand this--if you can not only hear what I'm saying but believe it--then you'll know what to do with your starter.'
We were both silent a moment. Then I ventured: 'Can you at least give me a hint?'
He laughed. 'Sure. What I'm saying is, first you have to respect it.'"
