#TBT to my first ever bench #AMRAP when I first joined @ironmongersgym with Coach @simmons_strength. Video is obviously sped up because of the old ig 15 second time limit. My how things have changed! 15 second videos turned into 1 minute videos & me benching 105x17 turned into me benching 140x14. Lol. Where will I be a year from now with my bench AMRAP?? Also kinda wondering how many reps I would get with 105 now? Hmmm 🤔
Goood morning beautiful loveys!! This packing shit has me beat. I forgot I had so much stuff, how is everyone today? I can't wait to get back into the swing of things. I knew I'd be moving but not this quick!! I'm rethinking my goals for next month, new home, new goals! What's everyone's goals for next month? 1 big goal and 5 little ones is just one way to set out your goals. Hopefully, I'm hoping and praying everything is going to work out and the move is successful! because if I hit anymore bumps in the road I may just scream my lungs out. 🏼 I'm going to try and get back to my blog but recently finding time to sit and write and post, it's been non existent. I haven't forgotten and I haven't given up! That's one thing we don't do loveys. We don't give up! I hope everyone has a fantastic day, remember if you need time to yourself? take it. Unwind and relax, give yourself a break! Remember your breathing and remember you're only human! I have a lot to deal with right now but always remember, it is NEVER selfish to put yourself first. If people seem pushy, distance yourself until you're ready. If they seem like all they do is nag at you, ignore them and do you own thing. You can't help anyone else if you're not helping yourself! It's okay!
