EVERY. DARN. SUNDAY I remember moaning and growing and getting very unmotivated because the weekend "went by too fast." Then I'd get that jealousy kickin in because my husband always got all holidays off and I didn't.
But since diving into this health & fitness journey to lose weight, I slowly learned how to help others and started my own home coaching business while I worked full-time.
I'm a mom of three and a wife who's husband recently retired from the USAF , so I KNOW first hand how limited and precious time is.
But I can say, this thing is NOT hard nor does it take any type of experience...at all! Especially if you're naturally a hard worker, eager to learn and are coachable yourself, and your personality is that of the nurturer.
I was laid off of a 17 year medical career at one company 6 months ago. Because I CHOSE to start my own health journey and decided to help make a positive impact in other women's lives with this opportunity, I'm able to not look for another job. I'm able to stay home with my babies and have MORE TIME to help more women!
To say the least my entire FAMILY'S LIVES have been changed in the most amazing way.
I am on a mission now to help other MOMS who desire this freedom of time too, by GUIDING you STEP-BY-STEP with the process I’ve used.
Just imagine…..what would life be like when you are able to volunteer at your kids school whenever, sign your kids up for gymnastics or karate, can take your kids on a vacation, or maybe just be able to start a savings acct?
My favorite part of Sundays is easing into the day with a slow breakfast and coffee with some visioning and planning for the week. Yep, I have two planners. I love this @emmakateco one to track all the actions I take to achieve goals every day. It has such lovely blank space for that and some lines at the bottom for daily tracking. When I'm working on long-term projects, like novels or things that will take more than a couple of weeks to make happen I love celebrating small wins along the way. What are your Sunday rituals? Hope you've enjoyed the day...
