Heaven on a plate 🏼
I started adding in a new workout program Shift Shop this week, and I wanted to see the full effect of this thing so I'm following the meal plan with it too! (Chris Downing, the trainer, personally told me to follow the meal plan ). I've been doing HFLC for about 4 months and my body has been responding reeeeaalllly well to it, so I was nervous to switch it up and try something new. Why fix something that's not broken, right?!
After chris told me I should follow the meal plan, and looking at it and realizing that the approved carbs were BUTTERNUT SQUASH and SPAGHETTI SQUASH, I decided to commit. I can handle that!
Week 1 is still more carbs than I normally have in a day, but each week they'll be tapered down so I'll get back to doing what I have been doing! Chris said it's good to switch things up, so I'm listening to him!
Lentils are a good carb treat once in a while, so I made my all time favorite no flour pizza! All it is is equal parts red lentils and water, some Italian seasoning and maybe a little swerve sweetener, blend it up, fry it like a pancake and then bake it at 400 degrees when you've loaded your toppings on! (Btw, don't even miss cheese on this pizza! 🏼)

Hey guys I know you are all excited because there has been a new set of candids of Taylor, but the thing is, I really think we shouldn't post them on our accounts because she just looks like she doesn't want to been seen/have her picture taken. Please respect Taylor and her privacy, that's all I ask, especially since the court trial is coming up and what not. Thanks guys
She's baaackkkk. Yeaaaahh so so happy. She didn't show herself. If she don't want to get photograph, we respect her decision. We will see her soon..... When she'll back, she would comeback with a huge surprise...
