We all need time to relax with the constant training. Look after your body, its a machine and needs maintenance time to time. A great experience today getting my first ever Thai massage. I didn't realise how much tension I was carrying in my shoulders, traps and upper back. A different experience altogether from a sport massage having women walk along your back, digging their heels in. Pulling your arms back really helping to improve that mobility in the upper body.

KICKSTARTED THE MARI-RESCUE MISSION!!!The last 24 hrs have been incredible!!! This is one of the most valuable lessons to learn again: When you're in the tunnel, you can't see the light BUT IT IS THERE! Being at home has been cathartic and my family + friends have supported me throughout. Yesterday I consulted with a strongly recommended pharmacist who specialises in homeopathy. I was sceptical but holy shit this woman was unreal! She spent over an hour with me to see what could help (without charge as she simply runs a normal pharmacy and considers her advice to be part of her overall job)! Hugely inspiring woman who seemed to know a lot more about me than I thought I was showing. She also recommended to look into dance as she guessed meditation/yoga was driving me insane right now. She's so right. Funny enough dance has come back into my life through so many channels, I think the universe is telling me something! I then had my first ever Thai massage and wow, it's not the most pleasant thing (I would have been too scared if the massage lady hadn't been recommended as well). 90 minutes of pulling, pushing, pressing and hot oils but I walked out of it feeling different, somewhat "taller" - no idea why/how! Afterwards I stayed over at my brother's girlfriend who is strong as fuck and shared so much valuable stuff from her own journey with me!! I'm embracing feeling upbeat! Yup, it may be wobbly and fragile but THERE IS LIGHT! This past week and in fact the past months have been so DARK. But when there's crisis, there's opportunity TO GROW! I'm ready to acknowledge that I've indeed experienced tough shit, that I can handle crisis (very well actually!) and that I need no more proof that I'm the "strong independent lady" I always aspired to be. So let me add this to my ongoing convo with the universe: I want lightness and fun now. I want joy and success in my work. I want a partner who loves me just the crazy way I am, who is an equal and my counterpart. And there is no shame in wanting that! 🦄 Who would've thought I'd suddenly be so positive ay?! I'm as startled as you are London love, my fellow crazies! Sending positivity across the globe!

Yesterday was my last day of professional therapeutic Thai massage training! On the left is the buddha & the right is the Tara (the first feminist of Buddhism) both given to me by my teacher. I'm so grateful for all the knowledge we've explored and can't wait to continue with Thai medicine!
