I know this might seem odd but its hot in London today! And if you think about breakfast as just another (important) meal you can have anything; why limit yourself? 🤷♀️ Everyone has their own unique style & rules of Gazpacho and mine is based on the 'Andalusian' having grown up there...so my tips for a more authentic southern Spain style... Use Plum tomatoes that are firm and sweet and instead of green peppers which can make it a little too sharp, I use the long red sweeter kind, the right vinegar is ESSENTIAL, use a white wine vinegar: my sister in law (who is from Seville) and an excellent cook had to remind me before I made it, I don't know how I forgot but I'm lucky to have been brought back into the right vinegar track, otherwise it would have been ruined! I use Rock Salt and Extra Virgin Olive oil, I peel the Cucumber and don't add any bread and if you want some extra sweetness add in some 🥕
