Monday motivation.... Have none . No seriously, I have no motivation today but I still put on a baggy t-shirt, got myself to the gym, pushed through a large leg day, 35 minutes of cardio and an ab session. . .
Sometimes the motivation is just not there, and that's perfectly normal. What works for me is doing it anyway. Habit. I have set rest days and today wasn't one so no excuses. Now I'm on the sofa planning to not move anywhere for the night, and tomorrow will be a better day for me having done what I had to do today. If you rely on motivation alone you won't get through all of your off days. If you rely on habit you will, because that's much harder to break. Now time for pyjamas and a cup of tea .
9/10 I love Mondays. Today just wasn't one of those 9s. . Tomorrow will be my new Monday .
Bonsoir les athlètes, non ce n'est pas une tortue ! 2 oeufs, un scoop de farine de flocon d'avoine vanille ou +, un peu de lait d'amande, de la levure, 45 gr de flocon d'avoine on mélange le tout, on fait cuire sur une poêle à crêpes et voilà y a plus qu'à mettre un petit sirop ou bien une petite patte à tartiner ou autre et on se fait péter le ventre.
