#truthalert I can wake up feeling off my game or get focused on something in a way that that throws me off my game, and get back on! I believe that we can all turn the negative feeling moment around and get #zonedin again. It's really about #focusing (it helps to have a sense of how your focus works and a #focusingtool or two and or a #personalcoach) and then being deliberately selective for how you want to feel (now + next) and the state of momentum that you want to experience (now + next). We are absolutely in CHARGE of these aspects of our experience and with a little desire and a decision and some persistence we can always get to that state of feeling and momentum that satisfies us.
