As a woman, artist, African, Congolese, I'm Proud to have been part of this project "LES AMAZONES D'AFRIQUE ". A collective of African woman artists including Angelique Kidjo, Nneka, Inna Modja, Mamani Keïta... have come together to collaborate on a new musical album called RÉPUBLIQUE AMAZONES.
Through this project they choose to use music as a weapon to fight the violence against women in Africa, sexual assault and abuse, the inequality in access to education and the horrific practice of female genital mutilation.
A part of the proceeds of this project will go to the Panzi foundation of Dr. Denis Mukwege, who helps
women victim of sexual violence in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. Full video on my YouTube channel #princessmadoki#lesamazonesdafrique#africa#womenpower#congolese#art#fighting#dance#waacking#angeliquekidjo#innamodja#3dfamily#nneka#mamanikeita#monkistyle@monki#YESmonkistyle
