That is the simplest and easiest secret to success i can share with you today bud... My thoughts today @zdislav_newyork
For the past 4 weeks I have had to decrease my training & have been extremely fatigued and exhausted while my body adapted to a huge change in my nutrition while I was on an elimination diet (closely monitored by my immunologist and nutritionist). I could barely get out of bed let alone train daily like I was. This threw me emotionally, mentally and physically. And when I did get to the gym, I was lifting at times only 1/4 of the weight previously and even dropping back to just body weight resistance training. But not this week 🏽 I have been able to push myself again. To train harder. Heavier. And it feels amazing to be pushing the limits and lifting heavier than ever.
Moral of the story is that you need to listen to your body Sometimes you truly need to rest and let your body do what it needs to recover. Keep your eye on the prize and don't let a set back take your motivation away... Come back fighting!
