My parents came to see me today and my dad cooked me pot roast, so I’ll have a good home cooked meal for the next few days
Had a soccer game at 12 then lifted around 5. Had a decent Glutes & hamstrings workout, and I was able to film some of the exercises because I was the only person at the gym the WHOLE time I was there maybe I’ll put up a video with the exercises tomorrow but idk!! I really just did it so I could look at my form!!:)
TOMORROW IS THE DAY my Beginner to lifting guide is finally available!!!

I'm only eating 2 though. WAS going to eat all 4, but my nephew decided to come home early so I'm stuck sharing
And by sharing I mean he toom 2 without asking or permission.
