You probably wouldn't know it from this photo but I suffered from anxiety, had panic attacks that felt like I was inches from death, my lifestyle was terrible, I ate crap, I drank too much.
I've been to a dark place in my life a few times and I was able to turn it around by focusing on being kind to myself, showing myself some compassion and learning to love my faults rather than beat myself up for them. I put my energy into positive outlets. I meditate daily, exercise 4 times a week and try to eat a healthy balanced diet with lots of h2o!
You're not alone in how you feel, simply talking to somebody about issues you have can lead to huge positive changes in your life. I'm working towards becoming a qualified Life Coach and will be able to help people in similar situations to what I was in. We could all talk to each other more about the things that really matter! #mentalhealth
