When I first met Connor (the winner of tonight’s Talent Show) a few weeks ago, he dropped this quote on me “The thing about trains...it doesn’t matter where they’re going. What matters is deciding to get on.”
Tonight, over 450 beautiful souls got on his soul train and it was a ride we will never forget
Big LOVE to @clburlington for putting on an experience that not only united community but I truly believe Burlington is a better place because of what unfolded tonight at the BPAC.
Congrats to Connor and everyone who took to the stage and DID YOUR THING! Oh my, did you ever do your thing
Fittingly, the winning performance was a stirring rendition of “Believe” so I’ll end with this quote from the Polar Express that sums up how I #feel about tonight...”Seeing is believing, but sometimes the most real things in the world are the things we can’t see.”
