Had a sick day at #TyngreClassic yesterday. It's so fun to meet and talk with so many likeminded people! Stopped by @GymmetSverige for a brutal Chest/Back session as well, always a pleasure training there.

Back on track
Been feeling sick for a couple of days, so I've been rewarding myself with 2 days of complete rest. Woke up this morning feeling like a million bucks & was super excited to put in that work again. Said and done, chest & back action completed
