Eel with golden and red beetroot, pickles and wasabi cream freche @englishsofbrighton - a wonderfully surprising experience, blending the charming traditions you'd expect with boundary-pushing new discoveries, comfortably so. Old meets new, English meets Asian, the expected meets the unexpected. Well done English's - your new Chef has smashed it #foodie#brighton#brightonrestaurant
Thank goodness for this tonight. I'm going to happy dance my pants off. Well, not literally 'cos that would be quite frightening for all

For once I agree with Piers. We will not let this evil stop us. I have been in tears upon discovering the full story of yesterday's event this morning, but I've made the choice to be happy and full of love today - in protest. We cannot let this sick and depraved attack change our lives. That is what they want. Thank you to the heroes who risked their lives. I keep asking 'why?' but instead I'm thinking f*#k you
This morning I saw a new client for a wardrobe detox- she needed inspiration, new ideas and to simply know what suits her now, after having a baby. I mean, let's face it- EVERYTHING changes and your new lifestyle, body shape and needs all must to be taken into account when it comes to your clothing choices. We ruthlessly got rid of the clothing that no longer flattered her, made her feel crap or look tired 'cos this is NOT the way she wants to look or feel anymore. Who does? We did this process with her jewellry, coats, footwear and accessories. We then looked at what she had left, I showed how to put things together, dress them up or down, mix, match and maximise along with making a shopping list of new basics and must-haves for the newly found her. We picked out so much colour and playfulness at the shops. I'm yet to write her wardrobe prescription of how all of this comes together for the best results, but by the end of the session, she already looked more vibrant, happier and alive. You go girl. 🏼 #stylist#personalshopper#stylistssupportingstylists#effortlessstyle
My 37 year old (completely natural, unfiltered, ageing) face. I chose this pic on my birthday because my son took it and it's real and this is me. I always feel reflective on my birthday (don't we all??) and I briefly look at where I'm at. I've travelled the world, I've written a book, I ran my own PR Agency in London, I've been self emolyed since I was 23, I've met my soulmate, I married him, we had two children, I pushed out two humans, I've learned to not take life too seriously, I've learned kindness is all, I have family and friends who fill my life with love and laughter...so f*ck my crows feet. I think I'm doing alright 🏻🏼🏼 #wrinklybut thankful #tiredbuthappy#bigyourselfup
Gold bomber jacket and pin badges from my very own @cafeofcuriosities - why not? I love the current trend of personalising your clothes with patches and pins. It takes me back and gives me a little boost in colour and mood. What's not to love? #effortlessstyle#pinbadges#fashionpost

Aww this was me about a week before I gave birth (so well over a year ago now) - in my element at a fashion store and posing like a d*ck. I'm styling and presenting a series of 5 maternity fashion films with @secretsavioursco next week and have some amazing brands supplying clothing to help bring my stories to life. From maternity fitness to dressing for parties and weddings, to office chic and every day wear- I'll be showing you how you don't have to compromise style for comfort when pregnant...you can have both!
If you're a maternity brand and want in, please message me or if you have any favourites, please do recommend them to me. This shoot is going to sizzle! #bumpchic#maternityshoot#maternityfashion#maternitydress#maternitywear#pregnantlife
I'm still feeling chuffed about being named one of the top 10 Brighton Bloggers in @blogosphere_magazine - thank you @thebrightongirl 🏻 it makes me feel like all the time, heart and energy I spend on my blog and video channel is worth it… Because you guys seem to like it. I'm so so very thankful for that. I love that she noticed I create content for women – you don't have to be a mum to enjoy it – because this is exactly what I wanted to portray. I'm also very flattered to be called witty. Ha ha. Since I am actioning #projectgetmyshittogether more regular and fresh content is on my list of priorities. If there is anything you want to see from me, let me know. Thank you for taking the time and interest in me at all! Love you, mwah xx
Today this is the main feel. A lot has changed this last year, not just due to the obvious reason with the arrival of Baby no.2 but how life and how we change as Sassie grows, and as we all grow with her. As a family we've all been on an up and down ride of changes, lessons and adventures and I feel like we're at another roundabout now. Work, time, relationships, self has all had a good look at this week (as you may have read a few squares ago on my mammoth planning session). There must be something in the air as so many of my friends are massively game changing their lives too. Change can be unsettling and frightening, exhausting and unfamiliar but I CHOOSE to see it as exciting, adventurous, eye-opening and strengthening. If you're feeling overwhelmed or out of sorts- c'mon you can do it. You CAN. #cmyana#yougotthis
I love this seasons trend of adorning your jacket (leather biker or jean jacket preferably), with pin badges. It takes me back, I have to tell you. Showing my age, I used to pin loads of badges onto my jacket and bum bag when I was 9 and thought I was the dogs danglies. A few decades on, I'm still loving the trend...though not the bum bag #wtf My little business @cafeofcuriosities will soon be releasing some gorgeous pin badges to help you both empower yourself and look pretty dam cool in the process. Watch this very fashionable space @pinterestuk
So just lately I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed. Not too overwhelmed because I know myself well enough now to spot the signs BEFORE I reach that point. However, it's a horrible feeling that bubbles under he surface so yesterday I got some wonderful advice from some wonderful women and sat down for two hours. With a glass of vino I used the time to crack down on planning, inbox clearing, note taking, list making, date scheduling, budget forecasts, new plans. I feel so much better for it. Now it's just a case of maintaining it. I've also introduced some 'house rules' to chill us all the f*ck out. We're having 'no tv Tuesdays' and turning our phones off twice a week to CONNECT with each other and not the tinternet. We're scheduling time for ourselves. We are getting out more and I'm going to do more yoga. Yes I need to plan all of this like a military operation but this way, it'll get done and for me, time, health, connection and family are priorities that could never take too much planning.
P.s. This yoga mat lays out over our bed and I do stretches on it. C'mon spring- give us what this says. The first official day of spring falls on my birthday so lots to look forward to. #igotthis#plannedparenthood#organisation#plantomakeaplan#tofailtoprepareistopreparetofail#springiscoming#happy#familyisall
Thank you to everyone who joined in my colour challenge this last week. You are all rock stars. What a way to end my 7-day colour challenge – with amazing sunshine and a rainbow skirt! I bought this last summer but because I'd not long given birth, I couldn't fit into it so it's nice to be able to actually wear it. My son thinks I look like a princess in it. I must say I feel a bit like one too. What has this colour challenge taught you? Most of you have commented how much better you feel wearing colour and it's made you question why you didn't before, and were perhaps "hiding " in greys and blacks. This is beginning of a somewhat stylish journey. Fashion is not fickle it goes much deeper than that in lifting your mood, catering to your lifestyle, defining who you are and making you look and feel amazing. I'm taking two new clients personal shopping this month and can't wait to meet them. I've now added a personal shopping page to my website if you want to look www.BethanieLunn.com I will really miss you lot joining me on this daily challenge. I've been so incredibly impressed with your efforts and how wonderful you look. I'm going to tag a few people on this picture who I would like to use the images of. If that's not okay just message me and thank you so much for sharing. Keep it up. Colour, love and hugs, Beth x

This is such a vibrant colour. Flame red-based orange is one of the key colours for this years trends, expect to see it a lot in the shops. These cropped trousers by @missselfridge would look superb with heels and a white shirt that shows off the waistline. Pull out the colour more with accessories and even makeup. I've seen a few of you try orange lipstick and you look A M A Z I N G. #todayisthelastday#imgoingtomissyou#blcolourchallenge

Blues and greens in my multi-tasking teething necklace by @laraandollie - another way you can introduce colour into our look. We've only 2 more days till my 7-day colour challenge is over. Many of you have said that you've had a lot of compliments and feel happier and uplifted since doing this. Amazing right? #keepgoing#blcolourchallenge

Greenery is the Pantone colour of the year and one of my favourites, though oddly, I've discovered I don't have much of it on my wardrobe! With green eyes it makes them really stand out when I wear this gorgeous hue. Don't be afraid to try different shades of green all at once, there is an abundance this year in stores. Wear a print with green in it, such as this shirt, and pick out the different tones to make up a whole outfit. This lot is from @topshop#blcolourchallenge#topshopstyle#greenery

I've realised myself during my #blcolourchallenge - That I don't have enough blue in my wardrobe! Ah well, another excuse to swap or shop. Today I'm thinking more about the way colour makes you F E E L. What colour makes you feel more upbeat and happy? Whether that is looking at it or wearing it...
Goodness me. The stormy weather is shocking. Looks like I'm going to have to create my own sunshine and rainbows today. I'm going to fill today with simple pleasures: coffee, play, coffee. Calamari, cuddles, music. Hot bubble baths, movie sessions and Malbec. Cosy socks, bold lipstick and of course C O L O U R. C'mon guys, it's tough but take joy in the little things and tell the storm to do one. #blcolourchallenge#rainbows#dresscolourfully#lovethesimplethings#liveasimplelife#hygge
My daughter is probably going to hate me as she grows up. I'll be wearing the same things as her! Ha ha. This playful, kinda daft style is me though. What details, colours and items are YOU? What do you feel good wearing? Who makes you sit up and notice their style? Inspiration is all around you.

I love red, it lifts me up and makes me feel confident and awake (as far as possible)! There are so many shades of it, everyone can wear it. For me, I love pillar box red which contrasts with my blonde hair and stands out. I'm wearing my red pleat skirt with a gingham top from @newlookfashion - a store I've totally fell back in love with after a long break up gingham is the perfect on trend print to complement bold colours, while hats are top at hiding unwashed hair. #donttellanyone#blcolourchallenge
