Dinner last night had me all kinds of teary smiles and emotions with my first bite. This is what pizza should taste like. I choose to give up gluten in 2014 (health reasons, but not celiac) and gave up trying gf pizza after a few bad ones that tasted like warm cardboard. Picazzo changed all that, if they didn't tell me it was gf crust I wouldn't have been able to tell you. All their meats are nitrate/nitrite, antibiotic, and hormone free. I opted for the meaty meaty with half olive oil and garlic sauce and the other half red sauce. I also had a side of alfredo because when you are at a place with top notch quality and amazing service you should treat yoself! The only disappointing part was not being able to take all my leftovers home. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Phoenix, it was a great experience.

When your company lets people leave work at 2pm on Fridays in the summer but somehow you're still doing work and it's 6pm and you're starting to get a little salty about it..... time for a rx bar 🙄
Honestly I was a little turned off by the texture of these bars at first, but now they're my go-to when I'm getting hangry and stuck at work. They fill me up without any of the yuck and that is pretty darn fab 🏼

The chef called this "linguine - four cloves garlic, breadcrumbs." I call it "expensive ass $4 cloves of garlic on some pasta." Oh h*ck no they did not just do that to me. Tasted good doe 10/10 would ask this pasta for their number 🤔.

Finally got a chance to check out @veggiecastle in South Richmond Hill, Queens. I got this medium-sized lunch of two proteins (tofu drumsticks, soy ginger chick'n) and 2 sides (Mac n cheese, chow mein) for about 10 bucks. It was very filling and the spot was simple and unpretentious.
It was also fun to stroll through 'Little Guyana' and soak up some , as well as some #indocaribbean vibes and culture. #queensborn#indiandiaspora#itsaqueensthang
