Ever hear people say "I just don't have the motivation to workout"? Guess what....you're not always going to be motivated. I was NOT motivated this morning...AT ALL. .
I didn't want to get out of bed, I almost fell asleep meditating on couch, then procrastinated for 15 minutes before starting my workout. I was tempted to go back to bed and say forget it. BUT, I didn't. See...sometimes you just need to DECIDE you are going to do something and then COMMIT to doing it no matter what! .
Motivation will only do so much...commitment, to yourself, a goal, and others (for me it's my amazing challenge group of fabulous ladies) will be what keeps you going.
So right now...DECIDE what you want and what you're going to do and COMMIT to doing it!

I have struggled this week to stay positive. Law of attraction has been working...not in a good way. What you think about, you attract. Starting now I'm clearing my mind of the negativity. I'm releasing the anxiety. I'm going to practice gratitude and focus on the positives in my life. Hope you all can too.

Just doing some homework and sippin' on some lemon water
I always try to get some pulp in the water as well as juice to make it stronger!
Today's breakfast was a delicious smoothie bowl made with bananas, blueberries, Greek yogurt and a dash of milk. Topped with chia seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon and honey :)
What is your favorite exercise? 🏻 I love to do pull up variations! Maybe it's the challenge and strength needed and gained to do them whether that be assisted or unassisted but I enjoy it! 🏻 Today was back and biceps so I did these wide grip pull ups as my finisher! 5 rounds until failure and I'm beat! see my story for my full workout this morning, if ya want!
CHIA SEED OVERNIGHT OATS:
Guys these oats are literally the best thing I've ever tasted!! you HAVE to try;
What you'll need:
• 2/3 cup of rolled oats
• 2/3 cup of (any) milk •1/2 cup of Greek yogurt • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract • 1 tsp of chia seeds • Sprinkle of cinnamon • 2 tbs of honey • Handful of berries
• Mix all the ingredients in masons jar • Put the lid on the jar and leave overnight in the fridge • Top with yogurt and berries before eating!

Cacao and chia seed oats, mixed with peanut butter, and topped with banana, berries and honey 🥑
VEGAN OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES:
What you'll need:
• 1 flax egg (1 tbs ground flax mixed with 3 tablespoons of warm water)
• 1 ripe banana • 1.5 tbs peanut butter • 1 tbs of melted coconut oil
• 1/2 cup of almond milk
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract • 1 tsp of baking power • Sprinkle of cinnamon • 1/2 a cup of rolled oats
• 1/2 a cup of flour • 2 tbs of vegan chocolate chips
1. make the flax egg
2. Mash the banana in a large bowl
3. Add all ingredients into the bowl
4. Cook on pan until golden brown
CHOCOLATE CHIA SEED PUDDING:
What you'll need:
• 1 1/4 cup of almond milk • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
• 2 tbs of cacao powder
• 1 tbs of honey
• pour the milk & chia seeds into a masons jar and mix • Add cacao powder and honey, mix again
• Place the lid on the jar and put in the fridge overnight • Top with your favorite toppings before serving!

Little bit about myself: I'm mainly here for self motivation, and to meet like minded people who are encouraging. I'm here for self improvement both physically and mentally. I'm excited for my Instagram journey and hope you'll all join along for the ride!
I never kept pictures I looked bad in because they made me feel horrible about myself. I know it's not great quality, but this is the only full body one I could find. This is about a year after I graduated high school, before I started to gain a little weight from all the partying that caused hormonal imbalances.
I used to get made fun of ALL the time for having no butt. When you're an insecure young girl, it hurts a lot. It's still the part of my body that I'm the most self conscious about.
Sometimes, people still make a comment or two about me having a small booty. Now, it doesn't bother me so much because I'm no longer ashamed of it. Will I ever have a huge booty? Probably not (although we'll see how far barbell squats will take me ). But, through hard work, I've gotten to a place that I'm proud of and I know it's getting better each day, along with the rest of my body.
It makes me really sad when I witness someone poking fun at another person for some part of their body that maybe doesn't meet the "standard". Even if it's meant in a mostly playful way, more than likely that person is insecure about it.
You never know what someone is going through... some people will come across as confident and never show their insecurities (me). That doesn't mean they don't have them.
I don't think that anyone should criticize another human's appearance... be kind with your words, you never know how deep they're cutting.

I had some left over from last night and because I'm not in the mood to be in the kitchen this is happening. 🏻 I am feeling so good going into week 3 of nutritional keto (no conventional dairy or processed food) I'm finally feeling less bloated which has been my norm for almost a year and the stress of what to eat is gone. Praise the Lord. He is good.

What is it about toasted coconut? I don't know but I'll top just about anything with it. Strawberries with coconut yogurt (not a big pile of whipped cream, although I'm sure that'd be good too ) and of course, toasted coconut. To toast coconut, spread unsweetened coconut evenly on a cookie sheet. (Even better if you mix some cinnamon in first!) Bake at 375 just for about 5 minutes until browned.
