Feels good to be lifting again!! It was driving me batshit crazy not being able to do what I love 🏼♀️ It's such a place of calm for me.
It quiets my mind.
It makes me think.
It releases my stress.
It makes me #stronger
It challenges both my brain and body.
It #motivates me to make solid choices through my day.
It gives me the #freedom to eat.
It helps me reach physical, personal and career goals.
It makes me feel #unstoppable and powerful...

Posting another picture of my amazing client @aelkassim he has done everything we agreed on and his results are insane. 5 weeks apart from left and right picture! We have kept the diet clean all the way with a few refeed days. What I found more important then anything else when it comes to coaching is - communication! We speak 3-5 days a week. Not only client and coach, maybe one day we will step on the same stage, who knows! Not one single excuse from this guy. Mark my words, great things are coming your way with that mindset. Results comes to those who work fucking hard like this guy, you HAVE to wanna change! No one can do it for you, I handed him the tools and support but he built everything.
