What do you do when your sister gives you an abundance of strawberries fresh from her garden?! Smother them in raw chocolate of course!
Strawberries dipped in chocolate have always been a quick, easy and yummy celebration treat, not to mention when the strawberries are wild and the raw chocolate is deep and delicious!
To make the raw chocolate I melted about 3 tbsp coconut oil with 1 tbsp honey (stirring as it melts so that they don't separate) then mix in about 2 tbsp cocoa/cacao powder, mix, and enjoy! It might need a minute or two in the fridge but watch it, because as soon as it starts to set, it sets! Then dip, eat and enjoy!
We even heard muttering a tonight that our raw chocolate tastes better than regular chocolate 🏼 give it a go!! #curlytopscuisine
Happy Friday guys!! I found some very large, very green, very beautiful local grown lettuce this morning while grocery shopping and had to show you all! I mean, for 79¢ each, these 2 beauties were coming home with me (they were the last 2 on the display table or I may have bought more )
I look at this gorgeous lettuce and think, yep! THIS is my medicine! Hope everyone is having a terrific day!!
