Today, here in the #pnw the sun came out, it was slightly warm, truly it's as if Spring is finally starting to wake up! So @middleclassvegan and I had to make some Spicy #peanut#tofu#springrolls with some Spicy Sesame Peanut Sauceto go along with a heaping pile of Drunken Mushroom Noodles....good grief the sun felt amazing today Off to eat a ton of these!
