Ramen's Lovers Club: Firstly, I am super chuffed to announce that I will be on the @kikkomanuk Ultimate HJ Sushi Roll Competition judging panel at @hyperjapanofficial! I am so excited and honoured to be part of Hyper Japan 2017! I have been attending since 2013 and is a highlight for me every year! To get in the swing of things, let's perve on my celebratory ramen. 24 hour marinated Chashu Pork slices, pork dashi stock, Puffed Tofu, Sweetcorn, Button mushrooms, spring onions and a runny egg! Spiced Beetroot Burgers Thanks to @fernwoodfitness for featuring my beetroot burger today on their page, but even more exciting to be featured and interviewed in their magazine this month Check out my Instagram Story for some video and a photo of the article if you want to read more about me
Here's the recipe for the burger again if anyone wants it
Spiced Beetroot Burgers
250g cooked Beetroot
80g grated zucchini (liquid squeezed out)
1 cup quick oats
1 shallot sliced
1 tsp cumin powder*
1/2 tsp ground coriander*
1/4 tsp chili flakes (to taste)*
1 tsp mustard powder or wholegrain mustard*
2 tsp cashew or almond meal (for a creamier consistency)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional for crunch)
A handful of fresh parsley and coriander chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Blend the Beetroot until as smooth as possible, add the remaining ingredients and blend again, adding the oats until it forms a consistency to make into patties.
Divide into 6 and form into patties
Put in the fridge to set for 30 minutes if possible
Cook in a frypan with a little coconut oil for 2-3 minutes each side.
Freeze remaining patties for later use.

Healthy egg roll lettuce wraps? Um, yes! These little wraps taste just like the real thing, but requires no deep frying and hardly any effort. They are also way better for your waistline, these are perfect for those days when you feel like takeout, but you don't feel like eating horribly. Link in profile!
Grilled Beef Don (NT220) - Went for the signature. Well marinate beef slices was grilled to achieve a smokey flavor. Piled up like a mountain , it comes with a heaping amount of beansprout as well. The only grant was that there's some tendons which I find it a little annoying.

Thai tea miles crepes yang satu ini menjadi ciri khas @gormeteria . perpaduan layer crepes dan cream dicampur dengan thai tea sauce bkin perpaduannya unik. teksturnya lembut dan creamy. Untuk yang takut giung (over sweet) ga usah takut karena ternyata kue ini sama sekali ga giung loh

This week has been about testing the boundaries of vegan cheese. I've completely given up dairy and I think I am trying to prove to myself and Dave that we can still enjoy things like pizza and Mexican food without covering it in cheese!
I know there are delicious vegan queso recipes out there, and I plan to make them! I had some leftover cashew cheeze sauce so I decided to use that instead!
Absolutely satisfied with this Mexican Quinoa Salad and creamy avocado and citrus dressing from @minimalistbaker, homemade guacamole, salsa and a versatile vegan dip I've been working on (rad dip). 🤤
