Delightful - like whipped butter on the way to buttercream icing. It's a little lemony, slightly mossy, and mostly fresh. Dan says it's boring , we think it's great. #tourdecheese .
*Ultrafiltration removes water from pasteurized milk and breaks down fat molecules, spreading them evenly throughout the paste.
