I always used to eat fast food sooooo many times a week! Consume a family sized bag of chips nightly while binge watching Netflix. I lived off carbs like it was my job. I wasn't gaining weight, but I still felt bloated and lacked energy. I thought it was normal 🤷🏼♀️. Now I know it didn't have to be like that. I didn't go out asking for help because I didn't realize it was a "problem". Out of sight, out of mind mentality is what I regret. I'm not here to sell you something, or convince.
