I have been slacking on posting all the ridiculously amazing food posts I've gathered in Europe between the wedding, work, and just life! But here's to our favorite restaurant in all of the four cities we visited in Italy located in #Rome It was the last day they were open before they checked out for their National Holiday in August so we were very lucky. Good job boobs on getting our reservation. First dish is fettuccine with the most TRUFFLE I've ever seen on a single dish, Homemade Lobster Tagliolini, hands down best Tiramisu & so many other dishes. Surprisingly affordable and highly suggest reso being made if you're visiting! Chef Gabriel came to check on us twice. We loved everything about #osteriabarberini#Roma#pasta#italianfood
Happy Tuesday to you all! I wanted to share a quick but yummy smoothie recipe! It's made of some good stuff and is great for breakfast, a preworkout or post workout snack, and even to help satisfy you when you're craving something sweet!
It has blueberries, peanut butter, banana, and almond milk, and that's it!
This little smoothie is full of antioxidants, vitamins, protein, and carbohydrates and it tastes amazing!
How to make it:
1. Add one ripe banana in a blender
2. Add handful of bluebs (frozen or fresh is fine)
3. Add a tablespoon and a half of peanut butter🥜 (can use whatever nut butter you like!)
4. Add ice cubes (I used atleast 6 ice cubes)
5. Add almond milk, the amount you add depends on how thick you want your smoothie!
6. Blend all together and you now have a tasty treat! Enjoy!
