One of my favorite things to do when guests come over and we're waiting for the main course to finish is to throw some sausages over the fire. They cook quick, and sliced up with some crackers, #cheese and sauce, they make an excellent appetizer. Bonus points for different types of sausages and sauces! #entertaining

I always enjoy to try new things, especially if I see something new at the supermarket. Decided tonight to cook up these lamb sausages with mushrooms and over roasted broccoli (which always taste amazing!!) In not sure I'm loving the sausage have to get used to the taste. But with that said always be adventurous and have fun in the kitchen!
