Every culture has its version of fried meat. German has wienerschnitzel, Chinese has sweet and sour pork, Japanese has tonkatsu. It's all about the crust. It has got to be crispy but the meat has to be moist.

You really do meet the best, most helpful people here in this community... I've been gaining such an insight through the gorgeous, supportive and knowledgeable @the_lchf_lifestyle who until very recently took regular extended fasts (5 day ones no less). She's since found that it may not actually be the best thing to be putting her body through and has decided to hang fire on fasting for now. I found myself in a similar situation after an extended fast earlier this year (just a 3 day one - I'm not quite as badass). I thought that, even though it was easier than I anticipated, the rough feeling a few days afterwards must've just been because I was already of a relative lowish bodyweight. But it seems that if you also have any chronic or adrenal issues (I'm working through chronic fatigue), extended fasting is really not the way to go. I think the number one lesson here is to take on board and try different protocols, but then to really listen to your own body to see what works for you, with tweaks as necessary. I'm currently doing great on my own tweaked version of Jo Mercola's Fat For Fuel protocol with IF (eating 2 meals and a snack in a 6 ish hour window) then a maximum of 15g protein per meal (max 44g per day) and upping my fats and raw veggies. I'll also be adding a carb up day around once a week with extra soon to keep my metabolism nice and high.
We change, we evolve and sometimes it's better to forget the rules and just do our own thing..

Asado is the term that describes the near-ritualistic celebration of meat that is the cornerstone of South America’s culinary culture. While the quality of the meat is key, it is the mastery of flame, ember and ash that elevates this method of cooking from simple ‘slap it on the barbie’ to a whole school of thought.
