Crockpot chicken chilli for lunches this week. Garlic, onions, sweet potatoes, red and yellow peppers, cauliflower and chicken breasts. Threw in a can of diced tomatoes and a can of fire roasted tomatoes with some salt, garlic, cumin and chilli powder and now it's set to cook
Trying to decide our favorites of the new designs is just TOO HARD! We love them all! But we are definitely loving Sunset Gold for fall .

Sauerkraut, easy fermentation!
500g organic cabbage
4 teaspoons sea salt
Caraway and fennel seeds (optional)
Finely cut a medium cabbage, roughly 500g. Add salt and squeeze together until water comes out of the cabbage. Keep squeezing, and then pack in a 1ltr jar. Add seeds to taste.
Once cabbage is fully submerged in liquid, lock lid and ferment for 1 week in a dark place.
Unopened it will keep for 3 months. Once opened eat within 1 month.
