Cut the spaghetti squash into half remove the seeds of the squash. Wrap the squash with the foil and keep it upside down on the cookie tray. Bake in the oven at 350F for an hour. Meanwhile you can prepare your favorite pasta sauce with desired vegetables & meat or use the store bought. Once the squash has been baked for an hour remove them and gently use the fork to scrape/core the flesh of the squash which comes out in long strands that looks like a sphagetti pasta. Toss the squash pasta with a tablespoon or two of extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil or salted butter. Add salt crushed black pepper as per your taste. Finally mix in the basil pesto pasta sauce or any other of your choice and serve warm. Spaghetti squash pasta is an alternative to the grain pasta and filled with good nutrients vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids. Enjoy this full of goodness with absolutely no guilt. #takecareofyourself
