I wanted to enjoy a slice of pizza, so I hit the gym to get in some line dancing! Being on this journey doesn't mean I have to give up the foods I love. I've learned to enjoy them in a different way and in moderation. Instead of ordering a pizza when the craving hits, I either make my own using sandwich thins, or go to Whole Foods or Harris Teeter and buy a slice. This is a realistic lifestyle change for me

SO.MUCH.HAPPINESS! Sometimes our struggles seem massive and we carry them around not realizing the weight they put on our shoulders. (And other times we are VERY aware.) Our strength can be built from our struggles. Our happiness can be found by persevering through the rough. If you aren't happy with something in your life, no matter how hard it can be to change it, you CAN. #Ihavefaithinyou
You can make a life for yourself that you don't want to sleep through. Believe me, 6 years ago my life wasn't at all what I wanted it to be. I was so miserable. Change can take time. It can be the hardest thing you've ever been through. But gosh darn it, it can lead to some of the absolute best freakin days of your life!

Making it through Monday and Tuesday is no small feat. I say we celebrate the fact that we made it to the middle of the week with a tasty pizza party. One Buffalo Chicken Fajita Pizza Ring coming right up!
