Honestly I was a little turned off by the texture of these bars at first, but now they're my go-to when I'm getting hangry and stuck at work. They fill me up without any of the yuck and that is pretty darn fab 🏼

Booch & Bowls. Aka my life. Anyone else? 🏻 this dinner combo was SO tasty and I love that I was able to prepare it with so many local goods! Bock choy and beets from the hudson farmers market. Whiskey dill kraut from @clekraut. Microgreens from @shadygrovegreenhousellc 🏻 It is officially summer, so take advantage of all the amazing fresh fruits and veg grown in your area! By doing so you support small businesses and families while getting food that is the absolute freshest = most nutritious 🏻 so do yourself a favor and find which local farmers market is open tomorrow morning and GO! Brown rice and microgreens base dressed with @tessemaes Lemon dressing and #penzeys Shallot pepper seasoning. Topped with roasted red beet slices (cost in oil, s&p, roast for 20 min at 400 flip halfway thru) and roasted bockchoy (spray with oil, cook at 400 for about 15 min until browned). Sprinkle with @manitobaharvest Hemp and scoop of @clekraut for them yummy probiotics. Swap brown rice for cauli rice if doing Whole30/paleo!
