This THICK smoothie has been on repeat the past few weeks. It's just sooooo good. I do frozen zucchini, lots of frozen kale and spinach, 1/4 an avo, with cacao powder, maca, collagen, chia seeds, and the most important part is my homemade cashew milk (makes its creamier and sweeter). I mix it up sometimes with what greens I have in my fridge, sometimes I add beet and kale stems (leftover from cooking), etc.
My family got to eat this wonderful goodness tonight while I had leftovers. I'm not complaining...really! Because I got to eat sweet potato! I mean, I didn't even like sweet potatoes until last year. Truth be told, I never even tried sweet potatoes until last year because, well, orange potatoes just seemed weird to me! but now I love them! #dontbeafraid#trysomethingnew
I always enjoy to try new things, especially if I see something new at the supermarket. Decided tonight to cook up these lamb sausages with mushrooms and over roasted broccoli (which always taste amazing!!) In not sure I'm loving the sausage have to get used to the taste. But with that said always be adventurous and have fun in the kitchen!

Simple and satisfying tacos for dinner tonight after class🌮🌮2 tacos both made with Whole wheat tortillas, @sabra classic guac, ground beef, cheese, fresh mango salsa from Costco, a drizzle of @bolthousefarms cilantro avocado yogurt dressing, chopped cherry tomatoes, and a little hot sauce🏻 with some carrots on the side🥕totally hit the spot!
