My friend explained to me how it's human instinct to want something and immediately get it. And if we don't- we give up. But there's this little thing called the compound effect. If you do something over and over again, you're eventually going to get it... I promise.
NO, I am no where near perfect. I am still working on my personal practice everyday to first, strengthen my body in order to improve my form. I didn't kick up into a headstand and get it the first time. I kicked up into head stands everyday for 6 months, crashing over in every which direction. It's so frustrating but just like everything in life, it takes hard work and practice. Eventually you'll feel the stack of your joints and BOOM you did it

An absolute match made in heaven!! I just found out that it was discontinued:/..so regular cold brew will have to do (with some natural coconut extract)
1 cup of unsweetened original almond milk
1/2 cup of cold brew (which by the way is just coffee and natural flavor!!!!!)
