Trying to clean out the fridge & use everything up. So! All kinds of veg dishes are about to be cooked. A whole slew of them. This one is ottolenghi-esque - pumpkin & red onion with autumn spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, coriander, cumin, pepper), maple, olive oil & salt of course. To be roasted, drizzled with a tahini sauce & scattered with chopped parsley and za'atar. I also really feel like making chocolate, rye muffins... next up i think! And soup! Ahhh weekends 🏻
No better way to celebrate Friday than some Smoked Marlin Tacos & a Carne Asada plate from @pueblo_pb🌮 The meat was full of flavor and the corn was spectacular Thank you so much for hosting us, it was the perfect way to kick off the weekend! For my San Diego friends, if haven't checked out Pueblo in #PacificBeach, they have some awesome margaritas, a great rooftop patio with what Sean calls a "charming ambiance", and some happy hour deals🥑!

Had a very greasy and fried happy hour today that wasnt that worth it (but the company was great!so thats that!) wishing I had some fresh oranges to perk up my mood! hope yall are all having a happy friday!
